Saphire’s Toys Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Saphire’s Toys Ambassador Program operated by Saphire’s Toys Inc.
By participating in the program, an Ambassador agrees to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Participation is subject to application and approval by Saphire’s Toys Inc.
Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the Ambassador and Saphire’s Toys Inc.
Ambassadors are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, reporting obligations, and other legal obligations associated with commissions received.
3. Referral Links and Discount Codes
Approved Ambassadors may receive a unique referral link and/or personalized promotional code.
These are intended to identify eligible sales generated through the Ambassador's promotional activities.
Ambassadors may not manipulate referral tracking or improperly claim credit for transactions they did not legitimately refer.
4. Customer Discount
Approved Ambassador promotional codes may provide eligible customers with a discount established by Saphire’s Toys.
The standard customer discount may initially be 10%, but Saphire’s Toys reserves the right to modify discounts, eligible products, exclusions, and promotions.
Discounts may not be combined with certain other offers unless expressly permitted.
5. Commission
Approved Ambassadors initially earn 15% commission on qualifying product sales attributed to their account.
Saphire’s Toys may offer higher commission tiers, including:
Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, refunds, and other excluded amounts do not generate commission unless Saphire’s Toys expressly states otherwise.
6. Referral Tracking
Referral links may use a 30-day tracking period.
Tracking technology has limitations, and attribution may be affected by browser settings, cookies, devices, privacy settings, and other technical circumstances.
Saphire’s Toys does not guarantee that every visit or transaction can be tracked.
7. Commission Eligibility
Commission is earned only on qualifying completed transactions attributed to an Ambassador according to program tracking and attribution rules.
Commission will not be paid on orders that are:
Saphire’s Toys may reverse commissions associated with transactions that later become ineligible.
8. Self-Referrals
Unless Saphire’s Toys expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, Ambassadors may not earn commission on purchases made primarily for themselves or use their own referral mechanisms to generate improper commissions.
9. Payments
Eligible commissions are generally processed monthly.
Ambassadors must accumulate at least $25 in payable commissions before receiving a payout.
Balances below the minimum may roll forward until the threshold is reached, subject to these terms.
Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested.
10. Advertising Disclosures
Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with Saphire’s Toys whenever promoting products or the brand.
The disclosure should be easy for consumers to notice and understand.
Examples may include:
“I earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through my link.”
“Saphire’s Toys Ambassador — I may earn commission from purchases.”

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements and other advertising laws and regulations.
11. Social Media & Platform Rules
Ambassadors are responsible for following the terms, advertising policies, age restrictions, community standards, and other requirements of every platform they use.
Participation in the Saphire’s Toys Ambassador Program does not guarantee that particular content will be permitted by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or another third-party platform.

Saphire’s Toys may provide approved logos, images, graphics, product information, captions, and other promotional materials.
Ambassadors receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved materials solely for participation in the Ambassador Program.
Ownership of Saphire’s Toys trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, website content, and other intellectual property remains with Saphire’s Toys Inc. or the applicable rights holder.
14. Content Responsibility
Ambassadors are responsible for the content they publish.
Ambassadors should speak from their genuine experiences and should not represent personal opinions or experiences as official statements from Saphire’s Toys.
15. Returns and Refunds
If an order associated with an Ambassador commission is subsequently refunded, returned, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, the related commission may be cancelled, deducted from a future balance, or otherwise adjusted.
16. Program Changes
Saphire’s Toys may modify the Ambassador Program, including commission rates, promotional discounts, qualifying products, payout procedures, tracking periods, benefits, or these terms.
When appropriate, participating Ambassadors will be notified of material changes.
17. Suspension or Termination
Saphire’s Toys may suspend or terminate an Ambassador's participation for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, misuse of the program, unlawful conduct, or other conduct materially harmful to the program or brand.
Ambassadors may also request to leave the program.
Treatment of outstanding commissions following termination will depend on whether those commissions remain valid and payable under these terms.
18. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the Saphire’s Toys Ambassador Program does not guarantee sales, commissions, income, free products, sponsorships, or any particular level of earnings.
Results vary depending on legitimate customer purchases and each Ambassador's promotional activities.
19. Limitation of Program Availability
The Ambassador Program may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by Saphire’s Toys.
20. Acceptance
By joining and participating in the Saphire’s Toys Ambassador Program, the Ambassador acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

- Make unauthorized medical or health claims regarding products.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Impersonate Saphire’s Toys.
- Create accounts, websites, domains, advertisements, or profiles that falsely appear to be official Saphire’s Toys properties.
- Use deceptive advertising or misleading pricing.
- Promote Saphire’s Toys to minors.
- Display adult-oriented products or content to audiences known or reasonably expected to consist primarily of minors.
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing conduct in connection with the program.
- Manipulate referral tracking or commissions.
- Use Saphire’s Toys intellectual property outside the permissions granted by the program.
13. Brand Materials
